Established to provide professional services in survey & analysis, design, and construction with an emphasis on the building envelope (roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls, and parking & plaza decks). The building envelope presents a virtually endless combination of air and moisture conditions with which the designer, owner, and occupants must live and work. These complex systems must function as a unified, efficient building enclosure and meet spatial, performance, and aesthetic standards.
We seek to solve and prevent air, moisture, and thermal problems in Roofing, Exterior Wall Systems, Plaza Decks, Garages and Above and Below-Grade waterproofing. We aim to improve the life cycle cost of our client’s assets while also extending its useful life. As a Building Envelope Consultant, we serve as a member of your team, helping you to prepare and review the plans specifications of the building envelope system. We provide our clients with the information needed to make educated decisions to efficiently and effectively manage their building envelope assets.
